A Journey in Love - PowerPoint Presentations

A Journey in Love is a resource created by Sister Jude Groden of BRES. It is the recommended programme of study for Catholic schools for Sex and Relationship Education, and has been written as a progressive scheme of work that supports the Religious Education, PSHE and Science curricula taught within the school.

Dates for Class Masses and Assemblies - (KS2)

Each Wednesday a Class Mass is celebrated.  This is organised on a rota basis. Whole school Mass is also organised once every term.

Throughout the Year the children take part in a number of Liturgical Celebrations including Harvest, Advent and Christmas, Lent and Easter and The Crowning of Mary as Queen of Heaven.

Collective Worship

We believe that Christian worship in St. Joseph’s, names and celebrates God's presence in our lives. It is concerned with giving glory, honour, praise and thanks to God. It is our loving response, in word and action, to God's invitation to enter into relationship, made possible through the work of Jesus Christ and the witness of the Holy Spirit.
